Hi Michael,
You mention using a paralegal, but that they've missed things.
Could you give a couple brief examples of the sorts of things they missed
vs what they were able to do for you well (sanitised so that it isn't
leaking anything sensitive)?
And could you explain your degree of "partial" and what you use for
computer access currently (screen reader, magnification, etc)?
I suspect that a good answer to your question really depends on exactly
what the gap was in what the paralegals were able to handle, as well as on
what access tech you're using.
