Greetings:
On December 17, 2025, the Board of Senior Mediation & Decision-Making, Inc. met for its annual meeting, electing, by unanimous vote, Gary C. Norman, Esq. L.L.M. as its President.
The Board recognizes Robert J. Rhudy, Esq. (its founder) as emeritus President, expressing its appreciation. He will remain on the Board training Gary in the role.
The Board has a couple of goals for early 2026. The include:

  *   We will be actively recruiting and vetting new Board members, looking forward to expressions of interest. In addition, the Board has openings for Secretary and Treasurer as well as need for collaboration.
  *   During spring, the organization will look to host a 40-hour basic skills mediation, with an elder law centric focus.
  *   In advancement of the above, look for future information as to an open social levy the Board will host during March or April.
