Sean,

I'm assuming that you are looking for any textbook on Intermediate Algebra, and not any particular title.
If so, then you can try books released under the GFDL license
The license allows authors to provide the LaTeX source of the book along with the final version.
Take a look at this text titled Reasonable Basic Algebra.
