[Blindmath] MathPlayer 3 (Preview Release 1) is now available

The display of math works well in IE9. Assistive technology that needs to
call MathPlayer to either get spoken math or to sync highlight the math
doesn't work. The same would be true for getting braille for a braille
display, but no screen readers do that yet. I hope that clarifies what I
wrote.
