[Blindmath] Extracting bitmap images from pdf files

Hi Ben,

The attached zip file contains a one-page svg version at 20 dpi. Even
though it is only one page, at 20 dpi and with some gray scale, it should
contain almost as much detail as the two-page 12 dpi version in the sig
files. One page is also easier to handle than two pages.

Of course, two pages at 20 dpi would probably be even better than one page.
However, the svg version of my program isn't quite as polished as the sig
version at this point and I don't have as much control over page
allocation, etc.

Just extract the svg file from the zip file, open it in IE9 or Firefox, and
print it on your tiger.

Keep in mind when viewing the tactile image, it is intended to be
accompanied by the textbook author's description of the image.
