Hello,The grayscale braille method will work for any grayscale image.  You have to read the image from the particular file format.  Using the method, you can look in a neighborhood around a particular point.  Since most images are 600 rows by 800 columns you can only look at a small portion of the image by viewing 20 rows by 40 columns.
