Good afternoon,
On page 6 of "An Introduction to Braille Mathematics" it shows the multipurpose indicator between the two minus signs. I do not have any reference to this in the Nemeth Code, though.

Subject: [Blindmath] Using minus signs before negative numbers

Hello everyone,
What/where is the rule that explains how to write a minus sign followed by a negative number? For example, in the expression 3 minus negative 5. I have found specific rules/examples for when the negative sign is superscript, but how would I write it when the negative sign is on the line with the numeral?

Thanks for your help.

-Greg
