Any suggestions on a way to create math equations that can be read by a screen reader? We are largely using NVDA for screen reading. We have tried the equation editor in Microsoft word with no success as well as the equation editor, Math ML. We also tried using MathPlayer but couldn't seem to get it to work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
