[BlindMath] MathPlayer Installation

[Neil Soiffer]

The MathPlayer control panel is a standard Windows control panel. It can be
found by opening the windows control panel and typing MathPlayer in the
search box. Alternatively, you can find it under the "Programs" category of
the control panel. The "Settings" button in the Word ribbon opens that
panel directly; it is the same as that found via the Windows control panel.

PS: There is a bug fix release of MathPlayer waiting for WIRIS to get
through their backlog after buying out Design Science a year ago.
