[BlindMath] Adjusting NVDA/Math Player's Pausing

Dear all,

While reading Math ML with NVDA and Math Player (latest versions of
both software), one aspect of my Math reading experience that I would
like to customize is the constant pausing and breaks between each part
of the mathematical or scientific content. Understandably, this pausng
may be beneficial to some users in digesting content fully, but in my
case, it makes the simplest of chemical reactions quite long.
Moreover, I typically use screen reading software at high speech
rates.

Hence, I was wondering if there is an ability to customize the extent
of this pausing so that I could alter it, which is to say
substantially reduce it, to suit my needs. Iff not, kindly advise me
as to whether this is a feature request I should be submitting to the
NVDA project or Design Science.

Thanks.
