I'm not sure if the content will be what you are looking for, but my school
hosts a PreTeXt conversion of one of the OpenIntro statistics books.
OpenIntro books are openly licensed, but mainly (I believe) only available
as PDF. However, this copy is HTML, using MathJax for math content.
