The tech exists, though it's not something most people could afford, except for the government, student loans, etc.

When you're done, you could save your work in the computer as a 2d formula.
No, I don't know how to design this.

I will remind you there was a  time and still is in some country calculators were not used for exams.  Many colleges allow them. It won't be long before you could use AI for exams.  That is once they get good enough. That time is coming.

I wonder how that would solve the problem I'd shared:
1. The problem is not about producing math; that can be done with latex. The issue at hand is that of speed and comfort and the fact that maths is not just concerned about producing but solving.
2. Not being a computer expert, i think this process can be employed for assignment work but not perhaps in an exam setting.
3. I am doubtful if this approach can give an experience of even a bit closer to that of pen and paper for the sighted.
