[Blindtlk] Protest to save OSB

It can't and isn't.  Either we were misinformed or misunderstood the 
information.  It has been confirmed that there will be a roll call 
vote, which means I shall have a list of people to who need to be run 
out of office in the next election in about 48 hours.
