Wow! Marion thank you for this trick.  I had no idea I could do this.
This will help me with a lot of consistent unwanted messages.

    Here's what everyone can do to help Jeff with his psychological
issues. 
Find one of his messages, press "Alt-M" and then "S". You will then get
a 
screen that asks if you want to remove all messages from this sender.
click 
"yes" and all of his messages will go directly into your "Deleted Items"

folder! He will then be as impotent as he feels!
