   - Staff will use your comments along with information from the
   environmental report, past community feedback, City priorities, and
   direction from City Council to create a final map, called a preferred
   alternative, that combines features of the different alternatives.
   - The potential environmental effects of the preferred alternative will
   be presented to the community in a follow-up report called a Final EIS
   later this year.
   - Staff will also respond to comments by theme in the Final EIS.
