[CCCNFBW] NFB Chapter Meeting Reminder

Hi Everyone,

 

I wanted to remind you all that after taking some time off for the summer we
are starting up our regular monthly chapter meetings again. Our next meeting
will be on Saturday 9/13/25 from 10:00 am to approximately 12 noon. Our
meeting will be held at WSSB Irwin Building in the teachers' lounge at 2289
E McLaughlin Blvd. We will have C-Tran there giving us a presentation on the
upcoming changes that are coming soon to them. We will also be discussing
our upcoming Uncork for Braille (Wine and Cheese) fundraising event as well
as our next event with WSSB and many other things.

 

It is a busy weekend for the chapter. On Friday we are putting together the
raffle baskets for our Uncork for Braille event. This will be held at Betty
and Les Fitzpatrick's house at 3pm. The address there is 5512 NE 41st Ave
Vancouver, WA 98661. Saturday is our chapter meeting. And Sunday is our
Uncork for Braille Event. This will be held at Cellar 55 at 1812 Washington
St. Vancouver. Our event is from 2 pm to 5 pm. 

 

If you are unable to attend the chapter meeting in person, there is a Zoom
link below for people to attend virtually. I look forward to seeing everyone
again soon.
