[CCCNFBW] NFBW Clark County January Chapter Meeting

Hello everyone,

 

I hope everyone had a happy and safe holiday season. It is time again to
have our chapter meeting. Our next chapter meeting will be held on January
10, 2026. We will be meeting from 10 am to approximately 11:30 am. Our
meeting will take place in the teachers lounge found in the Irwin building
of WSSB at 2289 E McLaughlin Blvd. 

 

At the meeting we will be discussing our upcoming state convention,
Washington Seminar, a legislative event happening soon, our upcoming karaoke
event with the students at WSSB, and more. A reminder that we will also be
doing our Chapter Chats when you can bring up any blindness related issues
or questions and we can troubleshoot or problem-solve with you at the
meeting. Feel free to bring them up at that time. If you would prefer to be
anonymous or would rather not ask the question you can contact one of the
board members and they are happy to bring them to the chapter at the meeting
too. Corey will be running the meeting this month as I will be back in
Baltimore doing training for our STEM2U program. 

 

Just a reminder that we are hosting the karaoke event at the school on 1/12
and we are needing people from the chapter to come and support the youth. If
you are able to come please let Corey know asap.
