The Vancouver's Downtown Association is pleased to partner with the City of
Vancouver on a new wayfinding initiative called “Find Vancouver.”


While the project is in its early stages, it will ultimately shape a
brand-new navigation system for both pedestrians and drivers, making it
easier for visitors and locals alike to discover downtown points of
interest & visitor amenities.

In the coming months, the project team will explore new ways to welcome,
inform, and guide people who travel to downtown Vancouver. The project will
accomplish this by making it easier for people to:

   - Navigate streets
   - Explore new areas
   - Access transportation options

Existing wayfinding tools in downtown Vancouver are outdated and contribute
to congestion. They also make it hard for visitors and locals to choose
options other than driving.


To address these issues, the City will develop a new wayfinding plan, in
partnership with Vancouver's Downtown Association
