[Central-md-chapter] Please spread the word

I can hardly spread the word without a list of participating establishments and their locations.  Maybe Kathy and I might even be able to go out and have dinner at one of these businesses, or perhaps some of them deliver.  Then it would only be a matter of ordering on the correct dates.  Which would those be, by the way?
