Hi All, 

Our next NFB chapter meeting on Tuesday, June 6th at 6:30 p.m. is fast
approaching. The Other Barn is located at 5851 Robert Oliver Pl, Columbia,
MD.

 

I hope all had a beautiful Memorial Day Holiday. During our May meeting
Graham Mehl concluded his instruction on an introduction to Braille using
tactile Braille cells and basic Braille signs. If anyone wants to learn more
about Braille and practice reading and writing it, he is willing to meet
with you . 

 

The tentative agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.    Guest speaker from Envision Technology Inc. - presentation of the
Orcam device and demonstrations

2.    Chapter business

3.    Finalize Annual picnic plans

4.    Presidential release

5.    Reciting the NFB Pledge
