[Central-MD-Chapter] Property Tax Exemption

Hi Sharon, this is Kelly James, I hope you’re doing well! I just had a question for you, I have never heard of this property tax exemption before, and wanted to know is there an income requirement? Or can anyone apply for the property tax exemption? Thank you for whatever help you can provide, have a nice day!
