Hi. I don't think she's using Outlook Express; she's using Outlook 2007. I 
did have problems with Outlook on my home computer. One idea you could try 
is to reinstall Outlook and then make sure the settings are correct in JAWS. 
You might also have a sighted person look at your screen when you are having 
the difficulties. I'm not pretending to be an expert, just throwing out 
ideas to consider. I'm thinking freedom Scientific has likely already 
suggested these things. I hope it gets figured out soon; I know these things 
can be super frustrating.
