[humanser] Drivers license requirement for employment

I worked with our state BELL program and learned I cannot teach the 
"correct" way of reading Braille with two hands cause it makes no sense to 
me.  I can read quickly with my left index finger, and it is not how I was 
taught in first grade and I am almost 63 years of age.
