[humanser] Social Workers Exam Prep

Hello All,

 

I am searching for a program on line to study for the Social Worker's
licensing exam in Florida.  I am finding across the board that the companies
offering these programs offer to blind individuals paper documents
(unbounded) that we can scan and read ourselves.  However, what Disturbs me
is that we do not have the access to the on line prep exams, flash cards,
etc.  I have spoken with many individuals who have taken the exam and passed
and remarked that the on line exams were what they deemed the most
beneficial in passing their exams.

 

I am going to continue to research this and am in hopes others on this list
will share with me their experiences positive and negative regarding such
entities.

 

The Department of Justice has relayed that these entities appear to be in
violation of federal law and there is opportunity to file complaints.
However, my next step is to contact the National Association of social
Workers legal department.  I'll update this list on what transpires along
the way.
