In an interview where the agency's representative is discouraging I would
look to her/his pathology; why are they so focused on the agency's
negatives. Most agencies forbid their employees to transport patients due
to liability issues. When I've been asked the how would you get to work
question I would normally answer that I got here today just fine and have a
history of being on time for work and appointments, not answering the
question directly, but answering the underlying question instead.

Don't get tangled in the interviewer's distorted view of blind people, make
the interview focus on your talents and experience.
