What exam are you referring to?  Many exams use different names in
different states.  In general, many of us on this list have used human
readers and scribes, Jaws or other screen reader software, and, if
they're as lucky as I was, got their exam to read in Braille!  I used
a scribe to type my answer choices into the computer.  Jaws wasn't
discussed and I was so happy to be able to read the exam in Braille
that I decided not to ask about using Jaws.
