There is more and more evidenced-based research showing the link between gut
health and mental health. There are some other books that do not
specifically focus on mental health but, none the less, they promote health.
Brain Maker; Grain Brain and Wheat Belly are just a few books that come to
mind. I'm finding that I feel better when I stick to whole foods; not
processed foodsl
