Understood, but if you are in danger of underperforming, or losing the job,
then just remember that.
Second, be careful that it doesn't cost you more to go to work, then not
going.
Chart the expenditures for personal reference, and for possible leagal
issues with the ADA in the future.

I'm only three-weeks into my new job so I'm very inclined to cut my employer
some slack. I know what they are doing is totally illegal, however, I'm not
going in with guns blazing.

Wait a minute. Did I just see that the employer is not helping you, but is
in some way compensating other employees?
If so, ADA all day long.
Title one.

Q-dog,
You are spot on. Whatever the company is doing for others is what
should be done for the employee. If subsidies or reimbursements are provided
to others, it is "reasonable" to assume it should be provided to all
employees. If all employees are expected to provide their own vehicles, then
all employees are responsible to provide their own transportation. It would
not be a reasonable accomidation to pay for transportation for one employee
and not for all.

Warmly,

 Hi Lisa,

I think the employer should help you with some type of finances for travel
as they do compensate other employees who take there own vehicles. Maybe
they can pay you the mileage based off of google maps or whatever company
driver you use.
