Then how about one where you in-put Braille and get speech out from the
machine. They don't cost as much. Even if you asked for one with the regular
keyboard people wouldn't know how to access it.

I wish I could say I am proficient enough to justify the request to
Department of rehab but I'm being perfectly honest I am not that proficient
in Braille
