Makes since.  Some places won't accept anything but a signed note from a
doctor.

I had to have a signed note from an aphthalmologist before I could receive
my accommodation to take the CRC exam. They would not accept a letter from
my counselor at the university's Resource Center for Persons with
Disabilities.
