[humanser] Concern about formatting

Would this not fall under the copyright law that allows for duplication in a specialized format, or to get it that way, that covers NLS too?

I agree with Michael.  I think all the publisher wants is that you are paying for their paper copy.    Whether you fill it out on that copy or not is really not so important.   They don't want you photocopying the tool and using it without paying for it.
