[humanser] Simple Practice

Q,
I can do everything that I need to do with SP. The work that needs
to be done in accessibility is in work arounds. SP is the most responsive
that I have found thus far.
There are some features that require a little paitience and
knowledge. I have not found a program that has the flexibility that this
one does.
I can invite clients to the portal, do intakepackets, take payments,
and bill insurances. The note taking is good and is being improved all the
time. The Wiley treatment planner is also a part of the program.
It is not perfect, but the management team is committed from the top
down.

Warmly,

Rev. Michael “Big Dog” Abell

Bigdog,
That's good that you have a working relationship with those guys. What do
you mean by "some what accessable". Can we get 90% of what we need done or
is it less than that? Are they responsive to your concerns and issues; have
they made updates to their software based on your concerns? Thanks.

Hello Susan,
I have been utilizing SP for more than a year. It is somewhat
accessible and improving. I have been working with the COO to eliminate the
areas of inaccessibility.
I am a JAWS user and find that Chrome is the best platform. Feel
free to contact me offline if you have any further questions.

Good evening, listers:

Does anyone use the practice management softwear called Simple Practice? It
looks pretty accessible to me. A friend of mine uses it and the price is
extremely reasonable and the softwear offers a lot. Thanks for any feedback
or other suggestions to look into!

Warmly, and With Gratitude,

Susan Tabor
