Hello,
   I saved the document first.  I opened the documentand make sure that it processes thoroughly.  It is a large document so it may take a few minutes.  The OCR process also takes a bit due to the size of the document.  I got a message to wait for the process to finish.  Does this help?

   I know that it has been a while since we spoke last.  I hope all is well with you.  I saved the PDF and then reopened it.  I used the OCR tool in JAWS and the book was accessible.  Have you utilized this before?
   The process is INS+Spacebar Then O and then hid D.  This will begin the OCR on the open PDF.  Contact me offline if necessary.
