[HumanSer] Intro and a Question about Electronic Signature Pads

Hello,
There are several signing pads available that come with software
that allows a user to sign word and pdf documents. There is quite a bit on
the web about them. The user is required to purchase the pad and software.
The process sounds rather simple and appears to be a valuable tool if you
use paper and need to sign documents to send. The integrithy of the
document is retained and you do not need to print, sign, and re-scan
documents. Hope this helps!

Warmly,

Hey Sharonda,
It is good to hear that you are working as a VR counselor! I have
my clients use a portal to sign all documents electronically. The Simple
Practice platform works well for me. I understand that you may not be able
to utilize this platform due to the access issues and the forms connected to
governmental systems.
I am not sure about signing pads and if they will connect to the
form. I would be interested what you find. If you still have my contact
info, reach out to me! I would love to hear from you.

Hello,
My name is Sharonda and I am a pretty new VR counselor here in Iowa. I am
wondering if anyone might have information about using electronic signature
pads to sign forms? I would also love to hear ideas of how you are able to
have clients sign printed forms? Thanks for all help.
