[Journalists] Screen reader for blind Arabic speaking journalists

There is NVDA, www.nvda-project.org which is open source and 
free.  Not sure they have Arabic version.  I think Arabic is written 
right to left, which probably means lots of changes for a left to 
right screen reader.
