hello J.J.,

Thank you for sending this announcement out to this email list. However,
with all due respect, if the state affiliate is not willing to assist
students to attend the student seminar, then why should the students assist
the state with the legislative appointments? I believe this lack of mutual
respect between the state affiliate and the students is really starting to
push away younger members within our organization.

I am not looking to start any kind of great debate here, I am just tired of
the state affiliate not giving younger members such as students the proper
respect and support they deserve. In short, I am tired of the student
division being short changed by our state affiliate. And I just feel as
though some mutual respect would go a long way in attracting and retaining
younger members within this organization.

Warm regards,
Elizabeth
