Hi Joeseph,
As I read Arielle's posts its the opposite.  You're jumping to conclusions.
She clearly stated there were mistakes and said it will improve next time.
An excerpt:

Jeanie's point is valid though too; that people were rude and booing. 
Multiple people complained so its true I'm sure.  You need to respect each 
other even in elections.

I think we have made clear at this point that the NABS leadership, and
the process by which we are elected, is not perfect.
