[nabs-l] Japanese Synthesizer

Well, most blind Japanese don't use Jaws. Many use a screen reader
called "PC Talker". I've found a few Japanese voices, but I cannot
remember where I have gotten them from. I will search around and ask
some of my Japanese friends and, hopefully, get back to you.
