[nabs-l] DSB meeting, a waste of time!

If you have Vista, you probably have IE 7 or 8 and can at least upgrade to 8.  It might be worth 
determining if Blackboard works with what you have.  There are both good things and also some issues 
with ie 9, so I am just not sure that is the magic answer you think it is.
