[nabs-l] Top 10 Cities with Best Transportation

I'm shocked that Washing D.C. was not in the top 10. I've gone to
Austin, u sed its transportation and didn't like it, but I loved the
Metro and bus system in D.C. I know this top ten is not based on
access to the blind, but I was sighted when I used both of these
transportation systems, so yea....I'd like to see what they based
their choices on, because I honestly think D.C. should have been in
there.
