Good evening everyone,

    I'm sure Dr. Maurer and Mrs. Jernigan are on top of the room situation. 
I expect that we'll be using an overflow hotel if the Rosen Shingle Creek 
sells out. My suggestion is to watch The Braille Monitor and the 
presidential releases for further information concerning convention hotel 
rooms.
