Hi, I am currently taking a nutrition class for my senior year in high school, and all the kitchens were recently remodeled with newer equipment including flat-topped stoves. Does anyone know of a possible technique a blind person could use to tell whether or not the pot is properly centered on the burner? Thanks, Dane
