Hello Crystal,
Good to see you on here as well. Have you heard of Mobility Inter National? It is a international clearinghouse for people with disabilities. Along with promoting study abroad opportunities for youth with disabilities in the United States and helping international students with disabilities studying in the United States, they also do international development work to assist people with disabilities in developing countries.
