[nabs-l] Braille Note Apex issue

It's probably the battery. It's designed to charge 300 times 
before starting to lose charge.

Dear Nabs,

My Braille Note Apex seems to not totally charge at 100 percent. 
I
plug it in for a couple of hours and I will check it and it says 
that
it is at 98 percent. I let it continue charging for a while and 
check
it for a second time but it will still be at 98 percent. Does 
this
mean my battery in the Apex is bad or is the cord the problem?
