Dear Rania and others commenting on Learning Ally books and devices:

Learning Ally sells Plexdor playback products but that does not mean you cannot buy other brands from other manufacturers and vendors such as Humanware. And your state library for the blind, part of the NLS, will loan you a FREE digital player; you can download books onto a thumb drive and play them on the free player. You can check nfb.org por AccessWorld at www.afb.org for details on the various players and their features.

Who knows better than students that technology changes and morphs constantly. Some of you may remember using books on cassette tape. Tapes are gone, and CDs will be, too. It is the nature of technology. If you consider yourself in need of some tech support, do call Kristen Witucki at Learning Ally, 1-800-221-4792.

Thanks, everyone!
