[nabs-l] Christine Ha crowned Master Chef

I think that this is just wonderful!

I knew that this could be done. Before I ever thought about becoming a
Holistic Health Practitioner, when I was 18/19, I wanted to be a Chef but,
when I went to the rehab center in Richmond, VA, I was told that there was
no way I could ever become a Chef and it was impossible and I could only
prep for a Chef so, I gave up that career dream. I had no others to turn to
discuss this at the time and no other resources I knew about at the time
either. I just couldn't stand people who work with the visually
impaired/blind and state that you can do anything if you work hard and put
your mind to it and blind persons can do anything a sighted person can do
and then every time I tried to do anything new, I was always told I couldn't
do this or couldn't do that. I know much better now that many things are
quite possible.
