[nabs-l] Voc Rehab Appeal

When I appealed Arizona rehab to send me to Louisiana Center for
training, I spoke with Ed House. I don't recall what his position is
but he apparently has the authority to override initial counselor
decisions if there is justification. You can get his contact info from
Bob; I don't have it anymore.
