Hello,
If you really feel as if this piece of equipment would be more beneficial
for you in your schoolwork, I would contact the superior of your
Rehabilitation counselor and explain to them why the Apex would be more
beneficial for you in school compared to the iPAD.

Only you knows what technology or adaptive equipment will be most beneficial
for you
