[nabs-l] Nfb scholarships

[Arielle Silverman]

In order to be eligible for an NFB scholarship, a student has to be
attending a school in the United States, regardless of citizenship
status. The Canadian Federation of the Blind may have an analogous
scholarship program for Canadian residents.
