Hi Sami,
I know you've already gotten some great answers, but I just wanted to
add that one trick I've learned for positioning my arms while taking
pictures/scans and keeping the camera parallel is to put my elbows on
the surface on which the document is resting and then let the phone
rest in my hands in the middle of the document above it. This helps
to keep the camera stable.
Hope that makes sense and helps a bit.
Enjoy!

Sarah

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. You can live the life
you want; blindness is not what holds you back. Together with love,
hope, and determination, we transform dreams into reality.
